Flip-Up Shield
It is compatible with the Super Magnum and Toe-Cutter helmets.
It cannot be attached to leather rim shots, vintage leather trims, Serious VL, Serious RS, or 500-TX helmets.
It is compatible with other standard SG-regulated helmets. However, when attaching to helmets other than ours, the snap fasteners may not be fully compatible, which could cause them to detach more easily.
The lens features:
UV protection
Scratch-resistant anti-scratch coating
The visor is an unpainted product, so there may be slight stains, scratches, or dirt on the resin surface. Please be aware of this in advance.
There is a stopper mechanism to prevent the shield from sliding lower than the visor, but there is no locking mechanism to prevent it from lifting at full closure.
The snap buttons for installation are designed to be very firm for safety reasons. Please ensure they are securely attached.
Even if securely installed, the shield may fall off due to sudden wind drafts, such as when checking behind.
When removing the shield from the helmet, please use a flathead screwdriver or similar tool to gently pry the connection apart. Pulling it off directly may damage the snap buttons.
