We currently offer one shipping option to the domestic United States:

*Shipments are processed Monday to Friday between 12pm-5pm eastern standard time excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be recognized the next day.

International
International items ship in five to ten business days excluding foreign customs processing.
Taxes will be included in your order however, no additional duties will be applied to your order upon checkout. Please refer to your country's local customs authority website for the latest information on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Le Papillon, LLC holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities or the confiscation of products by international authorities.

Returns
In-store Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return a new item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received
If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced new merchandise within 10 business days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange. Returns are limited to new products only.
Vintage and Antique items are sold "as is". All sales are final. Please be sure to read the descriptions and view each photo carefully. Feel free to email with any specific product questions before purchasing.
All shipping costs are non refundable and shipping fees returns are to be paid by the customer.
Online Returns
Our online return policy is congruent with our in-store return policy.

Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
We do not cover the cost of return/exchange shipping.

Sale Items
All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a international return, returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and we will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.
